It was a regular mid afternoon. Nurses and assistants ran around darting here and there. Patients awaited in their beds for medical attention. And people waited in the waiting room watching the same soap operas on the mounted TV. It smelled of hospital and it made Marcal sick.
He smiled wickedly as he stood by the window of the gift shop surveying the scene. It was going to be trouble judging from the look on Marcal's face. But then it changed. His face became extremely blank of all emotions and that is when all hell broke loose.
A loud crashing BOOM was heard. And Everyone stopped in their tracks as they became silently still. Following the loud boom, simultaneous crashes were being heard throughout the whole hospital, yet nothing seemed to be affected, except the people. Patients were screaming, kids were crying, even the doctor's started to panic. But that was nothing compared to what happened next.
An earthquake hit, and everything started to shake...terribly. The mounted TV fell and the patient's monitors in their room tipped over. Every now and then, a violent tug was felt and people went flying into the air. When the earthquake seemed to calm down. Another thing happened.
The lights started to flicker, then go out. Luckily the sun was shining. But then a huge darkness covered it. The sun was gone.
The hospital now was covered in darkness, and being drowned in loud explosive crashes, violent earth shakers, and various mis happenings. The only person un phased by it all, was Marcal himself. Whose face was still blank with emotion, but he began to smile wickedly.
He was reminding the world that he was back. Every demons knew him...emphasis on the word 'knew'. This was a way of reclaiming his title. What better way to wreak havoc then a hospital full of dying patients?

As Dean went about his daily tasks of work for The Source, he sensed something other than earthly that was behind the earthquake that had struck. Shimmering to where he sensed the demonic power the most, Dean found himself in the Accident And Emergency Room of San Francisco Memorial.
Looking around this surroundings, Dean wasn't sure if he wanted to celebrate the carnage that was around him or be worried. The demonic power he could sense was huge and somewhat old, but yet he didn't recognise it. Demons came to and from this world on a regular basis - 'Survival of the fitess' he thought, comtemplating that in his experience of serving The Source, that demons also went into hiding.
Dimly spotting a figure in the darkness, Dean knew that whoever it was standing at the other side of the room to him was the one who had caused this destruction. Just because they were both demons, didn't mean they were on the same side. Hearing a noise at his feet, Dean looked down to see a human female crawling towards him as she tried to make her way out of the debries. Smirking to himself, Dean quickly and decisively kicked her hard in the back of her neck, breaking her neck in the process - Exactly what he wanted to do.

Marcal smirked as he surveyed the damage that he had caused and backstepped into the gift shop. He had made his presence known for the time being. Perhap reclaiming his glory wasn't going to be so tough after all. He smiled as he looked around the shop and flamed out to bigger and better things.

As Dean heard the large snap of the famale's neck, he looked up and saw nothing. The figure had disappeared. "d**n it..." he mumbled to himself, disgusted that he had lost track of the unknown, yet powerful being. Looking from side to side to check his surroundings, he could hear commomotion coming from the far end of the hospital and Dean knew that that was his cue to leave.
Turning to take a final glance where the dark figure last stood, Dean took a mental note to search for them later, before shimmering out.
